Question

Thanks Good Sam Roadside. You were prompt with our towing needs and followed up to make sure we were taken care of when we broke down. You performed exactly as advertised. Shop was more expensive than we anticipated! We had to pay for Saturday drop off at the shop and a premium labor rate that came to $1200 for a $200  brake matter cylinder. But we're on the road again. We were so glad we had Good Sam RS.

Just curious, on the itemized invoice you paid how was the $400 Saturday service listed?

No.when we picked up the MH it was after hours. The guy they left to collect felt bad. He said"They told you it would cost 3 hours labor to have someone meet you on Saturday right? " and it was overtime at that.

They did list "open garage, re-attach drive shaft, plug in coach, drove client to hotel. " But when we needed to get picked up no one was available and we were told being driven to the hotel was their guy just being nice.

I could have re-attached the drive shaft myself and I drove it into the garage. Pretty expensive concierge service.
