I am told by FlyingJ that the Good Sam card discount must be activated by FlyingJ.
I had troubles three days in a row when I first got the card. Staff at FlyingJ clueless. But each time I escalated it to the manager on duty at FlyingJ and I got the discount manually.
One manager finally told me to call FlyingJ customer service. I did. The person took my info and told me the card had not been activated by FlyingJ. She said she did it and later that day when I refueled my troubles were over. NO PROBLEM SINCE!
