We've addressed your issue & you should now see the Life member icon with your RV.net user name. In order to see the update, you may need to sign out of your RV.net account and then sign back in.

I went ahead and looked into this with our Good Sam Clubs dept. and they informed me that the icon defaults to our Good Sam symbol. At this time, there is no way to change it back. I will email web support on your behalf and see if it is even possible to change for you. I will message you when I get word. As of now though, the icon will remain our Good Sam symbol.

The icon that is showing is the Good Sam member icon. Its should be the Lifetime member icon. - Good_Sam_Care_TExplorer IIHello stew9483,
