Thank you for your time and post. I'm very sorry for all the problems. If able could you please send me your contact information via a PM. I would like to have our executive team look into this problem. I also wanted to include the reward points break-down on the benefit.
Cardmembers will earn five (5) points for every one dollar ($1.00) of Net Purchases spent on Good Sam Club related products and services made on their Account rounded to the nearest dollar. "Good Sam Club eligible purchases," are defined as products and services purchased from Good Sam Enterprises, LLC and its affiliates and partners, including but not limited to the following: Coast to Coast, Camping World, Good Sam, TL Enterprises, and NGIC. Cardmembers will earn three (3) points for every one dollar ($1.00) of Net Purchases made at any retail establishments that classify their merchant location to Visa as Campgrounds and Trailer Parks within the U.S. and Canada. For all other purchases made anywhere else Cardmembers will earn one (1) point for every one dollar ($1.00) of Net Purchases made on their Account rounded to the nearest dollar.
