Hi Karen,
Thank you for your time today to discuss the Rec Rewards program and how points are earned. As discussed, the way the program automatically provides 3 points per dollar is based on the merchant's classification code. This is how the merchant classifies themselves to Visa and not something that Comenity or Good Sam controls since we do not own or operate any campgrounds. If you stay at a campground that has improperly classified themselves as a merchant, we can make a manual adjustment to your points but it will not calculate them automatically. I'm working on an automated process to report "missing points" to hopefully make any adjustments easier in the future. Thank you for your continued feedback and support.
