Mr. Blanc: Thank you for this offer, I will definately take you up on it. I have a dropoff appointment at CW in NJ for May 28th to complete the repairs and will send documentation when received. In FL I was also charged $59+ diagnostic fee for them to tell me that CW in VA sold me the wrong blade for the bathroom exhaust fan. (My fan has a splined shaft rather than the current 'D' shape). After paying this ridiculous fee for a simple look at the fan shaft (about 10 seconds 'labor')I was told the part was not available - so without the repair the fee "had to be applied". I asked the NJ CW to fix that as well and hope there is not another diagnostic fee.
