I have had numerous phone conversation with the Facilitator staff since postings this. Justin was awesome. He listened to my complaint, walked through the process with the service department at the dealer and within two days I was mostly made whole on this.I am expecting a check shortly. Claims people should be taught that if a claim has been authorized it should be paid regardless of the claimants policy status. That's just common sense. Had that been the case we all could have avoided a lot of ill will. Thanks again for the prompt response to my post.
