So is this number only good 9-5 m-f like it seems the ESP number is to me only manned during normal business hrs..??
what if you have a problem on the weekends, or early in the morning like 4-5 am.. a lot of folks hit the road early, especially during summer time, to beat traffic or they have a ways to go to get home.
From what I am reading it appears the service is only available 9-5 m-f in some time zone i have not yet figured out.
Is this correct or is there a 24-7 number to use??
