Just to clarify the role of the Preferred Provider Network for Good Sam ESP claims, this is a service to guide you to qualified and trusted repair facilities in the event you have a claim. It is not a requirement that you use a Preferred Provider for covered repairs, you can take your vehicle anywhere for repairs under ESP. However, we have found that our customers have a better experience when they can use a facility that has agreed to work with us, accept payment directly from us, and stands behind their work.
