Seems to me your concerns were answered in previous posts. As I understand it, the Extended Service Plan is open only on weekdays. If a problem occurs on a weekend or holiday, you make repair arrangements and call the next business day. (I agree this is not a good way to do things. What happens if you have a problem, have it fixed, and then find out it's not covered.)
The Roadside Assistance is available 24/7.
Yeah but roadside assistance is not going to help you with a lot of things...flat tire, out of gas, locked out...sure...but when you are in a park and your slide out is stuck, roadside is not going to come and be able to help you with that. When I had this issue, I was told to call a mobile mechanic....
