Sounds like they are taking the low road and will not cover the cost of the factory replacement part. Only the cost of an obsolete part the factory for some reason considers unsatisfactory for use. In my opinion that new part is the OEM part now necessary and GS is using any convoluted reasoning they can to weasle out of their obligation. They are the ones in the business and should stay on top of this type of the industry and markets. They take in millions to provide a service. They should provide that service. Unless there is some clause they can refer you to about obsolete parts replacement your contract says they are to get you going for the cost of your deductible. My 2¢
