Good Sam Financing

We are trying to use GS to refinance but they don't respond to e-mails and never answer the phone, we sent the info and paper work that they wanted after they approved us and that was it, never heard anymore. After calls and e-mails we just missed our pay off date on the old loan and can’t find out what is going on and have heard nothing from them. I found it strange that the other posts here that had others that had tried GS finance but also had problems has been closed? I guess that's one way to have a good reputation don't allow anyone to speak? I just wish the customer service was better or should I say I wish they had customer service, I understand things come up but over a month and no contact? Maybe rather than closing the post someone should find out what is happening. It was a good rate but it can be found at other banks which is what I am looking into now. It is a shame one has to come here to rant, I feel better now, still no loan but what can one do but try.
