Only you can answer your own question. Progressive may get you your best bang for the buck in location A, but be the most overpriced available in location B. Don't ask on RV boards, shop the numbers comparing apples to apples. Many variables go into insurance rates, not the least of which are location, claim rates, and credit ratings, so asking on these boards is nothing but a total waste of time and effort.
Since Good Sam is not an insurance company they're probably not going to be the cheapest regardless, which seems to be your main criteria, because they are nothing more than a middle man taking a cut of your money.
