I cancelled my national general policy(integon indemnity?) in December because they were going to raise my premium by 25% even though we had no claims. contacted miller insurance and got a much better rate. let our previous agent we were cancelling, he stated we owed $25.00 cancelation fee. also, on my insurance due date they took the money out of my checking account anyway. I called to complain and they said they would issue me a refund check. 40 days later I am still waiting for that refund check. they say it is in the mail. and if I don't see it in 3-4 days they said to call again. if it doesn't show up they will cancel that check and within 30 days I would be reimbursed. anybody else have these problems with this insurance company?
