In essence I agree with your opinion except in the case of people that have a long history of criticizing and attacking. You know, people like the OP.
It is certainly acceptable for the mods to have an opinion about a person that regularly flaunts rules and criticizes.
I have posted more than 1100 posts here. (only 977 are showing today as some were archived recently) in all those posts I have had only a few, less than 5 removed. All of those were directed at changing the moderation practices and the one under discussion here.
In all those posts perhaps only less than .02% have been critical of GSE.
That does not make me a person who has a "long history of criticizing and attacking" as you put it. Unless of course you consider wielding logic and bringing facts to discussions, posing hard questions or simply disagreeing with you "attacking"
