Does anyone know why it is so difficult dealing with GS Roadside assistance. Been a member for 8 years. They send me so much **** about renewing way before my service contract has expired, it is difficult to figure out what is what. So I renewed at the appropriate time and got such confusing messages. It is a mess.Typically when I deal with companies that are so messed up, they go out of business. Has any one heard of GS roadside in trouble?

I doubt if any CW/GS enterprise is in trouble. The owner knows how to make money and if the blitz of****** about renewing did not work a great percentage of the time they would figure out another way of getting your renewal.

How do they compare with AAA in price and services? AAA is always on the ball when I needed assistance for all my other vehicles. Haven't used them for my coach yet.

I have never used the service in 8 years. My problem so far is simply administration and sales of the service being messed up. By the way I did not realize AAA covers RV's. I just occured to me that there must be other roadside assistance services that cover RV's besides Good Sam.

All the other essentials like fuel, tire repair etc. If I am pulling my trailer or toad, all covered.

P.S. they don,t care if you,ve been a member since day one. its all about the bottom line and it looks like they know what there doing. biggest rv dealers in the world.and growing.

HAPPENED 1 YEAR AGO AND YOU PICKED CHRISTMAS DAY TO COMPLAIN ABOUT IT.

About a year ago I needed to have a flat bed truck sent to me on a busy California freeway for a bad fuel pump. I was told no trucks were available and they "could not help me, even though I had the Golden RV membership which includes RVs. They left me stranded on the freeway. I just heard recently that AAA will not change an inside tire on an RV.

I have the platinum and it covers all my vehicles, so I cancelled AAA. Used it once for my car and once for my MH,and I have no complaints.

My AllState insurance (auto insurance) has our camper covered for road side assistance also. (as long as it's in-tow with our vehicle).
