Good Sam Roadside Assistance App

What's with the piece of******GS is promoting as a mobile app for your phone? I recently renewed my membership and received my cards etc in the mail, along with a promotional sheet describing the wonderful new GS Roadside Assistance mobile app. I thought it looked like a good idea so I downloaded it to my Android phone and tried to register my membership on it. What an exercise in futility that was! The app requires you to register in order to use it, but won't accept a Cdn postal code. It won't accept a US Zip code either.
I checked the reviews on this and found numerous complaints.
Why promote something that doesn't even work? GS should be ashamed.

    Been a long time since I've been subtly called a fool. I don't know what platform you are using but I can state for certainty the app works on the Android system.

    I still believe asking for a solution is far better than jumping on the forum and bashing the application. Regarding your concerns about a non-response; its only been three working days since your original post. Regardless, I hope you get your problem resolved.
