Good Sam Roadside assistance cancellation notice

The first long trip with our MH we went from AR to MT and back. We used GSERS twice going out and 3 times coming back and we are still members, that is until June when our policy lapses. We changed to Coach Net because each time we had to wait for 4 hours to get a tow, and we felt that was just unreasonable.

That being said, I would talk to GSERS and see how 1 tow in 2 years is too excessive. I think someone made a mistake and cancelled you in error.
