Thank you all very much for responding to my post. Good Sam Club Representative called this morning (0630) and asked if I posted on RV.net(above post)? He was not too happy and had wrong information about my account. He as being a Representative for Good Sam and would not give my call to a Supervisor. Basically #1 I received one letter that stated I could not renew my membership this year. Good Sam rep is telling me they have sent 2 letters #2 If I did call Good Sam Road Assistance before November 2015, It was called "Pay was you go" and I had to pay up front, basically Good Sam made the contact only. #3 They have 2-Roadside assist tows for this year-which is NOT true, but why argue with stupidity.
Good Sam Representative was rude and basically nasty. He is not a good 'people person' to represent a company.
I asked him how much money I get back seeing that is not the Roadside plan I want, and he said I would have to call tomorrow (Saturday) for details.
Thanks for all your comments and support. I will go with another plan.
