Good Sam Roadside assistance cancellation notice

We have had Good Sam Roadside service since 2008. We received a letter stating that the Roadside Service was being cancelled due to excessive use. Has anyone had this happen? We had a tow on the ...

So now they are saying you used it 6 times, not 2, and not 1? And making snide comments about 'unlimited usage'? Dang.
