Good Sam Roadside assistance cancellation notice

We have had Good Sam Roadside service since 2008. We received a letter stating that the Roadside Service was being cancelled due to excessive use. Has anyone had this happen? We had a tow on the ...

We got a letter about excessive use of our plan, too but no cancellation...yet! MY response is "if you'd fixed it right the 1st time I wouldn't have had to call you so much!"
