Good Sam Roadside assistance cancellation notice

We have had Good Sam Roadside service since 2008. We received a letter stating that the Roadside Service was being cancelled due to excessive use. Has anyone had this happen? We had a tow on the ...

Unless a spare tire they changed fell off, the ERS contract does not make repairs. So I am confused about what repairs should they have done right the first time.
