I, too, feel uncomfortable with the OP not clarifying this stuff.

But I also thought the post on the previous page from the rep was pretty rude. The one on this page seems neutral to me. Certainly nobody at GS is going out of their way to be extra polite, here, unlike in other threads. Makes me wonder what we do not know.
