these companies like to make money, not spend it. They want profit,profit,profit. If you cause there margin to fall, you will disappear somehow. Insurance Companies do it every day, raise rates to get you to go elsewhere. Then 2 months later send you tons of letters begging for you to come back!
Same as direct TV and Dish. I had Direct Tv in the house, they didn't have internet capability so when Brighthouse came in my area I went with them after 10 years....Direct TV still sends me mail begging for my return,which is not gonna happen ever!
