The trending indicates a continued loss with no hope of improvement on the customer's part so it is only logical to quickly cut that loss with a cancellation. With the disparities in the stories I also question the credibility of the charge of rudeness.
X2....It is interesting that there is no response from the OP trying to clarify any of the questions or discrepancies being asked in numerous replies to his post.
