Good Sam Roadside assistance cancellation notice

We have had Good Sam Roadside service since 2008.
We received a letter stating that the Roadside Service was being cancelled due to excessive use.
Has anyone had this happen?
We had a tow on the RV after an engine fire in January. First tow in 2 years? And this is excessive.

I have to call tomorrow as we are paid until November 2015 to see if there is a refund.

    Probably the best thing that happed to you. Take your refund and get Coach net.

    When I had a horse trailer with living quarters GS wouldn't sell me ERS. Of coarse it didn't stop the trash mail coming telling me to get their ERS. I loved the days when we could send the trash mail back postage free.

    Sounds to me there is something wrong here. This doesn't seem like excessive use. Let us know the outcome.

    I used them once to tow my truck, worked fine. I'd talk to them and tell them at the least they owe you service until November because that's how long they accepted your money for.

    How far was your tow for the engine fire?
