Yes an App might be nice. However, if the call center can ignore a PERSON on the phone what makes you think they will give a higher priority to a text from an APP?
What makes you think the APP will actually be more successful at giving your actual location (all gps systems differ and many send you across fields where it thinks there is a road)than the person with eyes on the spot.
GPS is a great thing but everyone has to be using the same mapping system to make it work seamlessly in a road service call situation.
IMO this is a problem with the call center(s) and the qualifications of the people manning them. An APP wont fix that.
