Good Sam Roadside Assistance Program

Dear Marcus, I just received an email from the Good Sam Club today about your Roadside assistance program.

Your information on the benefits provided by Coach - Net are completely false.

WHY CAN'T YOU TELL THE TRUTH ? I am both a Good Sam member as well as a Coach-Net member and I know that the coverage I have is completely different from what you show.

I hope Marcus Leonis reads this email.

Somebody should be fired for false advertising and misleading information.

    isa,

From the plan descriptions available on

    http://www.coach-net.com/Plans/motorized.aspx

this appears to be an accurate comparison of the current Coach Net $89 plan with the $79 Good Sam plan. As I read it, the $89 plan provides coverage only for the RV whereas the GS plan covers all owned vehicles and all drivers in the household (spouse and children).

Could it be you have an older plan that provides more benefits than the ones described on the above named site?

That is not the fine print, just the 50,000 foot overview. I know CN changed their plans for new folks a few months back, so what some have you cannot get, but since CN will not give you the fine print you are left to guessing what is or is not really covered. I notice the OP has not been back to post what is inaccurate. Without that we can guess all day and will never know if you found what the OP is speaking about. I always hate blanket statements with no facts so folks can read why you posted what you did.

Where can you get the terms and conditions (Fine Print) for Coach-net. It is not on their site and if you call they will not send it until you pay. What is not accurate since us non-CN folks can't get their current fine print?
  • Do you mean these "comparisons" that also show at the Good Sam page? link

They're pretty hard on AAA, too. I'm not paying that much and getting more coverage than they show. But that might be because I'm in a different State than Colorado, the Club the little disclaimer at the page bottom says the numbers came from...
  • marcusVIP@campingworld.com. He will read it from there for sure.

BTW...can you post the email you received? And point out the false parts?
