We feel your pain. It does seem that the service (GSRA) was a bit unreasonable. They can't possibly expect a service truck to travel that kind of distance and not get paid. We have had Coach-Net for over 10 years and used them a few times in the past. Several times for older motorhomes and once for the family car. Each experience has been positive for us. For that reason we will stick with Coach-Net.
It will be interesting to see if someone from Good Sam can offer you any form of positive resolution.
