The rear brakes on my truck locked up so I called GS RSA. I was told they would dispatch a tow truck and to look for him in about 2 hours. WHAT???? This is my home town and they contracted a tow company that was about 30 minutes north of town. Also, they wouldn't tow it to MY mechanic without an additional charge. Only to the shop nearest to me at the time. My mechanic was about 4 more miles away. After a few choice words with the person on the phone, I told them to forget it. I called the service my mechanic uses and they were there in 45 minutes. GS can do better than that!! I haven't cancelled it yet but I will.
