Well I have an update! A rep from GS called me this morning and wanted to ask some questions about my experience with the blow out I had. He was very polite and friendly and I told him my story and he still had some records on the phone calls. He ask me to give them another chance and offered a free year renewal and reimbursement from the service charge I paid for the tire repair. I was not expecting anything but I felt it was nice gesture on their part and I told him we would accepted his offer and give them another chance on them. Hopefully if we do have to use them the service is better. Thanks for all your thoughts.
