Would your wife be able to drive your RV home if you had a serious medical situation and you couldn't drive home?

probably not.
To many caveats before any coverage.

Good Sam TravelAssist is not medical/health insurance. However, it does pay for some of the expenses associated with having a medical emergency while traveling that most medical insurance doesn't cover (i.e. returning your RV to your home if you become unable to drive it due to unexpected illness/injury while traveling.
