Good Sam travel assist

Just got renewal notice for travel assist. Says $99.99 total due. Lowerdown lt says above rate (small print) recflects auto renew discount).
Ok so I call to see rate. Need to add 10 bucks to amount due. Why not put that amount in the total due line I ask. Everyone is confused by that I am told.
Lots of time to ponder if I will renew since bill came 3 months early.
Why can’t Good Sam just be upfront.?

  • J, you may want to look at your Ford F53 manual. Motorhomes built on that chassis come with 5 year road service included (assuming you are probably buying Good Sam towing service, too)

    Thanks Stacy, but I don’t need any help just thought some one at Good Sam would want to know how poorly the renewal notice was structured.
    Present form looks like “ bait and switch”. “ please pay this amount,” “oops, it’s actually this amount”. The actual charge info shouldn’t be hidden in the fine print.
