Good Sam Trip Planner almost unusable.

Refresh is not working for me. I even go completely out and come back in. Same problem.

I also have been having problems. It is not the browser, since it works one day and not the next. The issue seems to be primarily trying to add a location to the map once it has found it.

This is the not the first time I have had the same issue, but it has been awhile -- maybe few weeks or month.

However, I have had other issues with the dependability. The first few years we used it, it was great. The last year has been disappointing. I am looking for an alternative.

Where is the refresh icon you speak of? In my upper left is the back arrow or show sidebar icon, the only refresh I can find is the reload page arrow in subject line box.

Everyone, appreciate your thoughts and advice, tonight it is working as it should, and I have not done a thing to fix it, this is very confusing.

I am using a 2011 MacBook pro, high sierra Ver 10.13.6

I am not a computer person so anything else I will have to ask the kids.

Issues like click on campground to add to trip and nothing happens, click on campgrounds to find campgrounds in the area and none show up, unable to add to a trip. Just a big pain in the ___ to use right now. I have never had issues this bad before, and if I did a reboot or close window and get back in or sign back in always fix'd.

When I have the issues you describe, all I need to do is click the "refresh" icon in the upper left corner and in most cases that works. Sometimes I need to refresh twice.

You are playing right into their hands by subscribing to all of their "send us money and we will do nothing for you" "clubs".

Maybe one day you will figure it out.

While you're on it, can your developer model RVSparky and RVtripwizard.com (and their very useful radius grid).

I used GS Trip Planner before on my North Rim, Lake Mead, Vegas and Zion trips. It's clunky but workable -- but there are so many wish lists features available in the other trip planners above to incentivize me to come back.

As I said before, I want Good Sam-Camping World to be the benchmark and go to for all things RV (that's why I bought my RV from you and subscribe to all your service offerings).

In this area of trip planning, online sales, customer service... you are not even there among them as best-in-class benchmark.

Did you clear your browsing history? What versions of Safari and MacOS are you using?

As I stated earlier, it is working fine for me using 2018 MacBook Pro, MacOS Mojave and Safari. Both with current updates.
