good sam username

maybe not the right place to ask this question, but I get the complete run-around from GS customer service. I am full timing now and would like to leave reviews of parks we stay at. however, I don't seem to have a USERNAME for leaving reviews. How does this happen, you ask? very good question. I pay my dues, I pay the money I owe to be a full member, and yet I do not have access to the web pages. I have been referred to the IT department at good sam for a week now with no response. would someone be so kind as to tell me how to set a USERNAME? I have tried every permutation and combination of web clicks known to exist.

    He obviously already HAS a username HERE....which IS goodsam.club.com and RV.net.

    He needs to specify where it is that he is having the problem.
