Thanks, Robyn. You and my wife have already been in touch by phone and email and I think you're as frustrated by the whole Comenity switch as many customers have been.
I was just making the point that this the perfect situation that calls for Marcus Lemonis' personal attention to effect change the way he does with his The Profit partner companies.
We hope for some improvement but we're currently shopping the Good Sam Visa's replacement just in case.
