I have National General Insurance as referred to by GoodSam. I had a claim August 3, 2016. They have been a nightmare. It would take an hour to tell the story but just let me say I'm still trying to get my coach repairs completed. My coach sat in the shop about 6 weeks before NGIC approved anything. They failed to return calls multiple times, referred me to a repair facility that does not do the mechanical work needed. I could go on and on. My advice is use someone else.
