Both of your certificates were stamped with an expiration date and you failed to use them by that date.
So this is Good Sam & Camping Worlds fault.NOT!!!
I just renewed my Good Sam Membership for 2 years and got a $25.00 Camping World merchandise certificate with expiration date of 01/31/2018.
Like you I do not have a Camping world nearby so I called their
800# ordered what I didn't need but is nice to have. Wrote my order# on the certificate and mailed it in. As soon as they receive they will issue a $25.00 credit on my credit card.
