Good Sam's Club and State Parks
are there any State parks out there that gives a discount to good sam members

Parks have to pay Good Sam in order to be part of the network and provide the discount to you. It is very doubtful that state or other public parks would want to or be allowed to pay a company like Good Sam in order to provide a discount to you.
