We've had two blowouts on our truck, 4 years apart, and both times we called Good Sam's and they sent someone to put our spare tire on for us, no charge. We also had a wreck with our truck, which broke the transmission cooler, so it couldn't be driven, and we called them and they sent a tow truck and towed the truck to a nearby shop. I've not had any gripes about their response to us.
