They didn't offer to tow it and once we located a tire (by use a smart phone,thank you) We determined that we could handle it ourselves faster and CHEAPER than ERS. This whole experience was an exercise,a test if you will. Like I said in the beginning. We have been paying for this "SERVICE" and thought now was a good time to see just how good it worked. Well it didn't, not this time.
