I doubt GSERS sets tire prices, my guess is a provider does, and it varies, so they probably have to reserve the max it could be, and make sure your good for it. I had a 5'er, never had a blow out, but did have a flat. I was on a trip, but had the tire patched within hours, I don't want to be held hostage for a roadside tire sale, driving to a tire shop is much cheaper.
