What are you wanting from them? You didn't go through with the service call. You didn't like the price they gave you for the additional service beyond what the ERS pays for. I don't think theya did anything wrong. I highly doubt that they will change their prices because of this. Are you wanting them to refund you the money for your membership? They may since you haven't used it, although they do say you only have 30 days to cancel it and get a refund. But in order to make you happy, I'm sure they will.
