I don't have any answers for you but I have never dealt with a more un-professional servicer EVER. I filled out the online form for a quote. Their price was even higher than I was paying Progressive. A couple days later I get a call from GS and I told the guy that his price was too high. He said, " Well, that price quote means nothing, and he can do much better". I took the call while at a store and asked him to call me back in a couple hours. That was six months ago and I have yet to be called back.
