Good Service
Coming out of Fernley Nevada on I80 we lost a tire on our travel trailer and pulled over to call Good Sam Roadside assistance.
It was hot and we were unable to get very far off the highway so the semi's were rocking the trailer as they passed.
The operator responded took all the information and worked hard to get a fix on our exact location. Took about 20 minutes for the call back with the information and ETA of help. As we waited it seemed to take for ever. Finally the repair truck arrived and changed out the tire and sent us on our way.
Checking our Good Sam GPS unit it showed a total down time of 40 minutes (from the time we stopped till we rolled again). I feel that was really good response time when I look at the facts, but standing out on the side of the interstate in the 90 degree heat it took forever!!
