Great Customer Service

I just wanted to thank a customer service rep I just talked to on the phone. We all see the bad stuff and never hear about the good stuff. So thats why I am posting.
I have had GSRA for right at a year now. I had not used it and it was time for renewal, I did not realize it was auto renew and it hit last night. I called this morning to cancel and ask for a refund of my money. I talked to "ROMEL" and he was the most courtesyest(sp) person I have ever talked to on a customer service call for anything. This was just not Good Sam's but all others in the last year or two.
He was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. First rate service.

  • I just want to say that as a Canadian ERS member I find the service to be exceptional. I have had to use this 3 times now and each time the customer service agent was polite, and helpful with my need. I have used it for both my motorhome and my private vehicle without issue. The service was prompt with minimal wait time for help to be dispatched and at my vehicle. So thank you for doing such a great job. I imagine in the bigger centers wait times for the actual service might be longer but I still believe it's better than BCAA or CAA. Funny thing is my car also offers it's own roadside assistance program and I still will use Good Sam first!
