Great Service

I picked up the RV up today after the Norcold refrigerator went out. They put a new cooling unit and board in it. All I paid was my deductible and was on my way. The service provider called Good Sam's extended warranty And it was approved the same day. Very happy with the service and the quick it was handled.

    The second post does not state why it was denied. I doubt anyone can answer the question without having the facts from both failures. I do not have a GS Warranty, but you have to compare apples to apples.

    You are lucky, I had mine done but Good Sam would not pay for mine......cost me a small fortune on my own....strike 1 with my warranty coverage....
