Question

No need to bash GSRA on this call. I have not used them for a few years,yesterday I needed them. I had a flat tire on my TV called GSRA at 9:44 a.m. had to call back in five min as I gave the wrong address. I got that fixed no problem,received text message with all the necessary information on the company who's coming to change tire with ETA.  I was up and running in 90 min from first call. Thanks GSRA

I have had GSRA for almost 14 years and thank God I have never needed them. I have read the many negative posts and the few positive ones. Many have said they were cancelling or not renewing because of what they have read. I will reserve judgment until I experience a need for their service. I just renewed.
