Looks like the first set of cards were from your renewal Last month. the second set of cards that have your wife's name was sent by one of our customer service agents so she would have a card with her name on it. The first packet was a new member packet that contains more information and a Good Sam Decal. the second was the reissue of cards in your wife's name so contain less information. I will be happy to send you another Good Sam decal. It will go out in next weeks mail. Have a good rest of your weekend! Rudy....Good Sam Response team member.
