GS changes the terms of service to allow for the addition of information obtained thru GS self help sessions( documented reports) when 1 member takes exception to post his side (and we all know that would be the Gods Honest Truth).
We all know that there are always three stories to any incident. Then the moderator can contact the OP, dispatcher, and servicing vendor and find out what happened then post it to read and a link to the cellphone audio.
I bet a lot of this stops.
